The search continues to hire a computer-networking instructor, and the search is beginning to replace instructors who are retiring at the end of the academic year.
The college has begun advertising to fill teaching posts in history, mathematics and philosophy that will be open in fall 1999 as a result of retirements. All of the positions require a minimum of a Masters Degree in the subject.
The mathematics position requires some teaching background and experience with computers and graphic calculators. The history post requires a minimum of two years teaching American history. The philosophy position requires a minimum of three years teaching experience.
The computer-networking job requires an Associate Degree in a computer-related area with Novell and/or Microsoft NT Network Certification or work experience as a network administrator.
