Products planned, designed, produced and marketed by IVCC students will be on sale at the MIMIC Expo '99 from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 14 in the courtyard or the cafeteria, depending on the weather.
The culmination of a semester-long project, the products to be sold are the result of teamwork by students in engineering design, electronics, business, marketing, accounting and information systems.

Most of the products will sell for between $5 and $10 with nothing over $20, said Alice Steljes, one of the instructors working with the MIMIC companies.
MIMIC, or Making Industry Meaningful in College, is a Tech Prep project designed to give students real-world experience.
