Peer tutoring is available free of charge in B-315, and the tutors are looking for more business.
"I encourage more people to come for help," said Sarah Benner, a psychology tutor. "We all teach each other something."
Connie Jolley, a business math tutor, agreed with Benner's comment saying "I have learned to communicate better with people."
One of Jolley's tutees, endorsed the program: "Tutoring helps a person learn better," said Sarah Broset.
Tutors are available for many courses including English, foreign languages, math and sciences. The schedule is posted throughout the campus for walk-ins or appointments can be made with Director Mary Turchi at extension 233. Students interested in tutoring help need to complete an application in the Reading, Writing Study Skills Lab in building B.
