Winner of drawing named

    Abby Derix, a sophomore at IVCC, was chosen as the winner of an iPod during the past semester.
    Derix won the iPod in a contest sponsored by the Diversity Team, which was designed to encourage attendance at several scheduled events.
    Derix attended programs during the fall semester on the Navajo Code Talkers and another program on immigration.
    At each program, she was able to enter her name on a ticket for the drawing, and her name was pulled from all those attending Diversity Team events during the semester.
