Who would have thought we would have this nice of weather in February?
Spring break starts March 7, and a lot of people are planning to get out and have a nice time. Spring break also marks the middle of this semester, but with that break a word of caution should be sounded.
Many students may be leaving the state or even the country to get away from the troubles and stress of school, but they cannot forget about their school work. Many students will slack off after spring break, but they can’t if they plan to keep their grades up.
Also with the nice weather coming that means its time to get signed up for pre-summer, summer and fall classes.
Don’t be the one person that can’t get into the class you need; get an appointment with your counselor and register for your classes early.
Registration for the fall semester begins April 18 and registration for pre-summer and summer begins April 5.
After getting classes, the most common things students are going to do is go swimming, tannin, and partying.
Whether it is taking a swim, going to Florida or Mexico, going to a ball game, or just laying out soaking up the wonderful sun, make sure that this spring break is a safe and great one.
But, even while you’re having a great time, remember that you’ll have fun (and work) waiting for you back at IVCC.
