As fall turns to winter, the IVCC intramural seasons change as well. Flag football recently concluded, while the fresh basketball competition has just begun.
“Pimpin’ Ain’t Easy” currently stands atop the leaderboard of the intramural basketball standing with a 3-0 record through Nov. 6.
Lee Moran, captain of the first place team, is leading the scoring list with 22.5 ppg.
The Spring Valley/ St. Bede flag football team took the crown for placing first in their respective intramural sport this year.
Co-Ed Intramural Volleyball is scheduled to start Nov. 18. Playoffs for volleyball have been scheduled for Dec. 4.
The nearing spring semester will also bring two additional intramural competitions, ping pong and an additional basketball season.
Those interested in participating in upcoming intramural activities can find registration dates and other information through Coach Bob Koopman at 224-0505.
