Book sale planned
A Books Are Fun book sale will be offered from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25 in the Main Lobby.
The book sale will benefit the Early Childhood Education Center. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to browse the book sale for Christmas presents.

Sports, media program set
Sports announcers Lanny Slevin from WLPO/WAJK and Greg Halbleib from WJBC in Bloomington will offer a program on Sports and the Media as part of the IVCC Arts and Letters Series for this semester.
The program will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18 in the Fireplace Lounge. 
The event is free and open to the public.

Pins sold for literacy effort
The IVCC Literacy Program is selling Lucinda pins to help support the program at a cost of $10 each. Each Lucinda book pin is unique; no two are alike. 
Those interested should stop in E-323 to view and/or buy pins any afternoon. See any member of the I-READ Literacy Program Staff.

Registration continues
Registration for the spring semester is ongoing.
In-person registration is available in the Admissions and Records Office between the hours of 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Friday.
Mail, fax and telephone registration also is available. Registration forms can be mailed to 815 N. Orlando Smith Ave., Oglesby, Ill., 61348. Forms also can be faxed to 224-6091. Students may call 224-0447 to register by phone.
The spring schedule also is available online at www.ivcc.edu/schedule.
IVCC’s 2004 spring semester starts Jan. 12.
