‘Goddess of Light’ full of romantic fantasy

The saying goes that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but then there’s never quite been a love story like this one before either.
You have vacationing Olympian Gods, tacky architecture designs, along with an unimaginable romance that make up only a few of the elements in the plot.
To find all that and more one must read P.C. Cast book, “Goddess of Light” today.
The story centers around an interior designer Pamela Gray who’s come to Sin City to help design a summer home for a famous fantasy writer.
Surrounded by sheer tackiness and unfulfilled desire for romance Pamela decides to do something crazy. Without realizing what she’s done she invokes the aid of the vacationing Artimis, Goddess of the Hunt, to make her heart’s desire of real romance and love come true.
Angered and slightly amused by the mortal’s request Artimis goes into action. Enlisting the help of her vacationing brother Apollo, both Immortals are determined to fulfill this modern day woman’s request. After all who could resist the God of Light for a beau?
But soon both the Immortal siblings and Pamela herself there’s more to love than just great sex.
Together the three discover how trusting others, having fun and getting over being hurt can bring about true love. But can it last when the Olympian Gods decided to meddle in the affairs of the heart?
Filled with vivid descriptions, complex and life like characters, humor and surprise twists this is one great romantic fantasy. A bit long with 335 pages if you’re not used to reading, but still worth the effort if you try.
P.C. Cast has written dozens of books in different series including, “Goddess Summoning,” “Partholon” and the ever popular “House of Night” books. You can read them by going to your local library and requesting them.
