You always hear your parents say “don’t do that” or “don’t do this,” but kids just like the fact that they can defy their parents and get away with it. Kids ignore their parents and do the wrong instead of doing the right thing.
Smoking is probably the worst thing to do when your parents tell you not to. They’re only looking out for your health and your life.
Being curious is not really a good answer for starting in this dreadful habit. Curiosity killed the cat and it will kill you to if you stay curious for too long.
Kids also start smoking because they think they will be liked more because the cool kids are doing it. For some odd reason they think that they will look sexier with a cigarette in their mouth. There are disadvantages and advantages to smoking cigarettes.
The disadvantages are you will have bad breath, yellow teeth, yucky smelling clothes, money less wallet, bad stamina when playing sports and more colds.
The advantages from smoking are: nothing. It’s bad; it’s wrong, so I don’t see how you would even think there were advantages.
Nicotine is like a mind drug that keeps you coming back for more. Nicotine can reach the brain in about ten seconds after smoke is inhaled. There goes brain cells and it is also said to be found in every part of the body, even breast milk ladies.
So, if you’re pregnant it would be in your and your baby’s best interest not to smoke. If you care for this world and the people around you, then you would quit smoking cigarettes.
Second hand smoke is harmful for non-smokers around you. Not only are you killing yourself, but harming the people around you with your filthy habit. This is very bad for the beautiful women around you because for them it’s a 90 percent greater risk of developing breast cancer.
Cigarettes are the most addictive poison in the world. They say menthol cigarettes are even more addictive then regular cigarettes so stay away from them. In fact, just stay away from all of them just to be safe.
The government is banking off us buying a pack a day. Their loving the money and not caring about how many lives they take from this already crime filled world.
Fifty million Americans smoke cigarettes, which is an insane number of smokers.
I think at least more than half of them die from cancer, but if we just take half then that’s still 25 million deaths from smoking cigarettes. There are a few that can smoke cigarettes and get lucky by not getting cancer. ter ways to do it.
I like the people who say one cigarette won’t hurt.
Every cigarette you take in takes minutes off your life and puts you in a different state of mind—a nicotine-addicted state.
So, you think you’re young and will be able to quit in a couple of years. Well, once you start it’s harder to quit than you really think.
It does something to your body and mind that can’t be explained, which makes you keeping buying pack after pack. It’s way easier to say that you’re going to quit then to actually do it.
For your information smoking light cigarettes is not as bad as smoking regular cigarettes. No, I’m just joking that’s a myth.
They’re both made with the same ingredients as every other cigarette. The trick is they add light to make it sound better, but in the end they’re just as harmful.
People think that the No. 1 one cancer killer for women is breast cancer. The true answer to that would be lung cancer. Smoking kills lungs, so if you want to stay safe just quit smoking cigarettes.
Once you get in that habit of lighting up a cigarette it is really hard to quit, but there are ways that you can accomplish this goal.
There are many products that can help you control this addiction. There are patches out there that can break it and there is also gum so when you get that feeling to smoke you instead pop in a piece of gum. Like Nicocure, Nicoderm CQ, Habitrol, Cig-arette, Zero Nicotine, Final Smoke, Nicorette and Commit.
Hypnosis also has been used to help break the habit and set smokers straight on their way on a smoke-free life.
Smokers are jokers, so let’s not joke and let’s get real.
