Q: What are the first three songs on the shuffler of your Ipod?
A: The first one is “Lost” by Little Big Town, then “The Great Escape” by Boys Like Girls and the third is “Shut-Up and Drive” by
Rihanna.
Q: Could you describe these songs in your own words?
A: “Lost” is about a guy who is losing the love of his life and he doesn’t know what to do about it. This is my favorite country song. It is very emotional and powerful. “The Great Escape” is a song about growing up and having those nights with your best friends. It reminds me of the song “Graduation” by Vitamin C. It’s a remembrance song, and a song that reflects on good times.“Shut-Up and Drive” is about a girl wanting a guy to get inside her car and take her for a wild ride. This song is for dancing, and getting pumped up. It’s the kind of song I listen to in the car on a girl’s night out. It’s fun and crazy, with a good beat.
