For the past three seasons, Bravo has been running a great reality show that showcases some of the most cutting edge fashions. I am not talking about “Queer Eye For the Straight Guy” or the fascinating world of “Celebrity Poker.” But I am talking about “Project Runway.”

“Project Runway” has been a breakout series for the Bravo network. Some of the aspects that probably helped make the show what it is today are the host, Heidi Klum, the judges, “the renowned American designer,” Michael Kors, the outrageous contestants like Santino, and the man with a plan, Tim Gunn.

The premise of the show was and still is to have 12 designers all fight for a big win. The 12 designers have to prove themselves deserving of the prize by designing outfits and having a walk off at the end of the show to see whose clothes fit the description of the challenge thrown at them.

Each week, Klum gives the aspiring designers a new challenge, a certain amount of time to do it in, and they must follow the rules and “make it work.” Each week is a new challenge, such as making an outfit out of trash, designing a gown for Miss Universe, make an outfit for their mothers or sisters, design a new and improved uniform for the postal workers, and other seemingly impossible challenges.

However, as impossible they seem, the designers always, or usually, pull through and make a great outfit. This season’s contestants have had a lot to live up to considering some of the past contestants. Some of the most outrageous contestants from seasons past were Santino, season 2, the winner, Jay season 1, and then there were the ones who started their career on the show: Nick Verroes, Daniel Vosovic, and Kara Saun. So far, this season has lived up to the last two seasons.

The contestants have bickered and sewn their way through the challenges. Now, there are only four designers left. There is Laura, who is always prim and proper, Michael, who seems to be a judge and crowd favorite, Uli, the pattern lover, and Jeffrey, the edgy one. The four premiered their designs at fashion week and a winner will be crowned and announced in the weeks coming.

It looks like every viewer has their favorite. Let’s just hope the four remaining rock the runway and the most deserving designer wins, or the one who makes the most drama, whichever.
