Intramurals continue with coed volleyball

Two teams are still needed for spring intramural coed volleyball, which starts on Feb. 10 and is played on Sundays.
Coed volleyball consists of six players on the court, three male and three female.
To sign up, contact intramural director Bob Koopmann in G-207 or by phone at 224-0505.
Basketball, which starts in March, and ping pong round out the spring intramural schedule.
Koopman said that the turnout for fall intramurals was great, with around 150 faculty, staff and students participating. The intramural sports for the fall were football and basketball, with basketball being the most popular.
"The reason people are attracted to intramurals is for the fun and competition," he said.
