The IVCC golf team opened their 2002 season on April 9 with a team victory over four competitors.
The IVCC men shot a team score of 300, followed by Black Hawk (310), Kishwaukee (320), Sauk Valley (336) and Highland (343).
Timothy Eckberg finished with medallist honors after recording a 70, while teammate Tim Puetz followed closely behind with a 71.
Ryan Marketti added a 76, while Cory Riordan (79), Craig McConville (80), and Tony Andreoni (83) rounded out the Eagles output.
