Sometimes I need to drop off a paper to one my teachers and I try to use the 30-minute parking, but there are cones blocking some of the spots. Why does my potential 10-minute trip turn into a half hour?

In order to get an answer, I called Ken Sangston, director of safety services. He said that they haven’t been blocking spaces for a couple of months, so it isn’t an issue anymore. The original reason was to prevent those who were parking for more that 30 minutes.

Why is it every semester teachers pile up tons of work and squeeze in three tests right at the end of the semester when we’re already busy keeping up? Can’t they plan better and space the work out over the semester?

Technically, they are not piling up homework. Teachers hand out syllabii at the beginning and the work is already assigned. It seems that students tend to procrastinate and they need to catch up.
