LETTER TO EDITOR: MIMIC story and picture a problem
Dear Editor,
We are the business students of the MIMIC program here at IVCC. We were very disappointed with the article that appeared in the last Apache concerning the MIMIC fair. We submitted an article with our logo to your paper. To our dismay our logo appeared with someone else's article. The business students created the logo and got no credit for it. The article was biased toward one company based on the fact that a picture of one company's product was published. We feel this was blatant advertisement instead of news and very unfair to the other companies. One more big disappointment; in the article company names, product names, and prices of the products were incorrectly published.

Some of the names in the news story are in error; however, a publicity release that came from MIMIC publicity people also includes incorrect names. We suspect some of the names may have been in flux when the news story was written.
