Intramurals: Basketball to begin March 25, arena football cancelled

Intramural basketball will begin March 25. Faculty, staff and students can still sign up to participate in games that will be played on Sunday nights beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the gymnasium.
To sign up, contact Bob Koopmann, intramural director, at office G-207. Teams can consist of five to 12 players.
"Basketball is usually the most popular of the intramural sports," Koopmann said.
The other activity planned for the spring, arena football, was cancelled due to lack of players.
