Head women’s basketball coach Steve Crick was asked to reconsider his resignation, according to Bob Marshall, Vice President of Student Services.
A job opening for the head women’s basketball coaching position was posted on the web and then removed Feb. 19. An e-mail was sent on Feb. 9 to all college faculty regarding the opening.
Jerry Corcoran, college director of Human Resources, said the availability of the position is under review.
Athletic director Mike Riley said the job posting should be disregarded and declined to comment further.
Crick was unavailable for comment at press time.
