Reeder named sophomore representative for SGA

At the first Student Government Association meeting of the semester Cameron Reeder was appointed sophomore representative and SGA officer election dates were set.
Reeder replaces Jennifer Baker who resigned due to time conflicts. She will serve until the elections set for April 8 and 9.
SGA members have also surveyed students about intramural interests and will be making recommendations to the Athletic Director.
In upcoming events, the SGA is sponsoring mentalist Chris Carter at 11 a.m. Feb. 2 in the Cultural Center, and a High Energy Game Show at noon on March 17 in the cafeteria. Both programs are free of charge.
The next SGA meeting, open to the public, is Jan. 28 at 12:30 p.m. in the SGA office, C-103. Meetings are every other Thursday at that time. Hours when SGA members are in the office are posted on the door.
