RECRUITING FOR RIVER CURRENTS: IVCC’s literary magazine, River Currents, is seeking new members.
"We’re especially interested in students with a business or advertising background and anyone who’s intrigued by art and design," said co-advisor Geoff Schmidt. He urged anyone interested in publishing, reading fiction, poetry, plays and essays to contact him at 224-0325 or schmidt@ivcc.edu or co-advisor Kim Radek at 224-0395 or radek@ivcc.edu.
The first meeting will be at 2 p.m. Sept. 29 in A-315.
River Currents will be accepting poems, stories, plays, creative non-fiction and art for possibly publiction from now until Dec. 20. Further information about publishing in the magazine is available from the co-advisors.
